Refund Policy

G-Homa's return policy allows for products purchased from to be returned during the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. We will refund the full purchase price, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returning your product
●  Please ensure you have purchased the product from
● You initiate the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date.
● The product is returned in the original G-Homa packaging, with all accessories included and the serial number of the product you are returning matches the serial number of the product your purchased.

● You are using the shipping label provided by G-Homa.

Initiating your return and follow the online process.
●  If you are an user please log into your account, click on View All Orders, click on Return Item on the left-hand side and follow the online process.
●  You may also contact to initiate a return.

If you have been issued an RMA number by Customer Care, G-Homa must receive the product within 14 days after an RMA number has been issued. The returned product must match the serial number specified in the RMA. If the product is returned without an G-Homa return authorization number, and/or beyond the fourteen (14) day period, and/or without the proper packaging, G-Homa retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the product to you at your expense and with no refund issued.

Shipping your product back:
Please follow the shipping instructions on the label to ship the products back to G-Homa. We are unable to process orders sent back using an alternate carrier or shipping label not provided by G-Homa. Make sure to retain a copy of the shipping label with the tracking number provided by the carrier. You will also be sent an email once your return has been initiated.

When to expect your refund:
● You should see a credit to your account within 10 business days. The credit will be issued back to your original form of payment.
